Your legal right to cancel an order starts from the date on which we mark the dispatch of the product(s) to you. If the order has already been delivered to you, you have a period of 7 (seven) working days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the order.
To request a return and/or refund you must first notify the seller on MadGerbil that you purchased from. All sellers must respond to you within 2 working days to discuss your case and/or supply return information. If you do not get a response from your seller then please contact MadGerbil and/or login to your account and select Request Return on the order.
Unwanted or items ordered in error must be returned to your seller in original condition and packaging. Sellers cannot accept opened items unless faulty. Postage costs will be deducted. A credit will be applied to your account for the cost of the item less postage costs.
Defective or items that are not as described can be returned for replacement, account credit or full refund of amount paid. Please discuss this with your seller or contact MadGerbil if you think that the seller is not offering recourse within your legal rights as a consumer.
Each product listing on MadGerbil has a Shipping & Policies tab where you can find the returns and refund policies of the seller of that item. If no seller policies are displayed then please refer to the general marketplace return/refund policy outlined above and/or contact the seller.
